We want you to be fully satisfied with your tea; if you aren't happy with your order, you can return any unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea packs that have been opened or tampered with.

Pack Your Tea
Securely place the unopened tea temples or loose leaf tins in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
