What is a tea temple?
Our tea temples are spacious, biodegradable mesh bags that give the whole tea leaves, herbs, and flowers room to infuse properly, providing the quality of loose leaf tea with the convenience of a bag.
Are your tea bags plastic-free?
Yes! Our tea temples are made from corn starch and are fully industrially compostable. Our inner packaging is made from NatureFlex, a compostable film made from wood pulp, and our outer cartons are recyclable cardboard.
How long will my delivery take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options if you need your tea fix sooner. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
We certainly do! We ship our tea to fans all over the world. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We want you to love your tea, but if you are not happy, you can return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process.
Is your tea organic?
While not all of our teas are certified organic, we source only the highest quality whole leaves and natural ingredients. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure ethical sourcing and sustainable farming practices.
